Meditation: Meeting my inner child


-Sonya: I want to get rid of hesitation to do things I need and want to do. Stuck in idk, I don’t want to commit because it’ll be wrong. I end up not planning or preparing. What would be supportive for me? Only thinking about the next microstep.

-Celia: Husband gets angry and yells and I don’t want to get riled up. Is it possible he is projecting his own inner child narrative onto me? How are we both right? His priorities come from his values; my priorities come from mine. We can both be right in our own minds. This can support us in not being defensive or angry back; it diffuses the energy. Perhaps husband desires to be heard?
