You are not the problem.
After years of therapy or coaching, dozens of books read, and podcasts binged, you still mostly FEEL the same, which is not feeling good enough.
For a long time, you subscribed to the idea that your thoughts create your feelings, and that was amazing at first – a new, simple concept that felt accessible and doable.
But then… it stopped working, and you still feel like you will never be good enough, and something is simply inherently wrong with you.
You might feel jaded about the whole self-help industry in general, thinking about giving up, or trying not to care anymore.
But the truth is – you DO care. You still want to change. You want to feel connection, peace, and be capable of handling whatever comes up.
One of the problems is that you’ve been sold the idea that it’s possible to change quickly and easily, so that became the standard.
And when you didn’t change quickly and easily, it became more proof that you are the problem.
Our culture and the coaching industry are the problem, NOT YOU.
The truth is this work is NOT a quick fix or an overnight solution.
It’s NOT a thought problem. It’s a FEELING problem.
Feeling problems require feeling solutions.
And I have the feeling solution for you.
You are whole, though you may feel broken.
You are successful, though you may feel like a failure.
You are strong, though you may feel weak.
You are enough, though you may feel inadequate.
You are a righteous daughter of God.
Like the mothers of the stripling warriors, you know that if you do not doubt, God will deliver you. (Alma 56: 47-48)
Like Mary, your soul desires to magnify the Lord. (Luke 1:46)
Like Eve, you are courageous to move toward pain for the greater good. (Moses 5:11)
But you have been through a lot of heartache in your life and sometimes it holds you back.
But like Joseph Smith, “these things shall give you experience and be for your good.” (Doctrine & Covenants 122:7)
You just can’t see how yet.
I assure you, you can take your trials and use them for your good.
And like Joseph of the Old Testament , you have been on the receiving end of people meaning you evil, but the Lord means to make good come of it. (Genesis 50:20)
The work we do together helps you overcome your inner obstacles to endure this life well and become the highest version of yourself. When you know who you are, and embody her every day, it’s easier to do your work in the world, whatever form that takes.
Moses was called to deliver the Israelites out of an external bondage, and I feel called to help deliver the Daughters of Zion out of their own inner bondage.
You are in the right place. Our paths have crossed for a reason, and you, like Esther, were made for “such a time as this.” (Esther 4:14)
This is why I do this work.
I hope you’ll join me.
You are whole, though you may feel broken.
You are successful, though you may feel like a failure.
You are strong, though you may feel weak.
You are enough, though you may feel inadequate.
