Alignment is the best place to make a decision from, but how do we know when we are in alignment?

What does alignment feel like?

I believe there are some things that are generally universal for all people when it comes to how alignment feels. But check how it feels to you, because it might be different.

  1. Expansive
  2. Grounded and still
  3. Solid
  4. “Right”

I also look for when my mind and body are on the same page or if they are in disagreement.

How to practice alignment

I find that the more you practice making decisions or moving forward from alignment, the more you learn what it feels like to you. Create the expansive, grounded, solid, right feeling in your body, and THEN bring the decision or idea into your mind and see how your body responds.
